Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society’s Housing Program provides affordable, subsidized, and culturally safe housing for community members. At our two housing complexes, i spa-us and Margaret’s Landing, we foster a welcoming, supportive environment that nurtures strong community connections.

What We Offer

  • Culturally safe housing

  • Tenant advocacy

  • Collaboration with community organizations

  • Coordination with KFS departments for mental health, substance use, and family support

Who Can Apply

  • i spa-us: Open to all applicants aged 19 and older

  • Margaret’s Landing: For individuals with Indigenous ancestry

  • All housing is fully accessible and inclusive for people of all abilities
